The data in which we are ranking the number, which is the whole data range of Student points in the following example, will be the second parameter after providing the value in the RANK syntax.

The RANK function’s third and final input, False or True, specifies whether the function is ascending or descending. In the example below, we will put “False” in ascending order since we are ranking the data in that manner.
